Casa Lleó i Morera was designed in 1902 by the architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. In Paseo de Gracia, 35 in Barcelona there was an old house, called Rocamora, built in 1864. Lluís Domènech i Montaner planned a comprehensive reform of the pre-existing house, using a variety of materials. and getting an authentic modernist work: stained glass, mosaics, ceramics, sculpture, wood, marble, graffiti ... The lobby and the staircase show us the different modernist applied arts that artists and craftsmen were able to capture based on the idea and direction of the architect. The façade and the mezzanine were decorated with different ornaments, while on the façade we find continuous references to the family name, representing the mulberry flower with different materials, or the allegories of twentieth century inventions.
